Any work undertaken, one call, we fix it all

“John came out and gave us a quote to remove a massive chimney stack and take it below the roof line. we accepted the quote once Johm's team got involved in to the job. It was pretty noticeable that the batten and felt system on one side of the roof was in a terrible condition. He showed us photos and videos evidence and I also went up onto the scaffolding to see for myself, john explained exactly what was needed and we were more than happy to accept this quote which was very reasonable as before we accepted the quote we did a small amount of research.
John organised extra scaffolding to be put down one side of the property and cracked on with the Job kept us up-to-date with videos and pictures of the progress What was happening.

His team also left the property clean and tidy every single day and made sure at the end of the job that The whole property was completely immaculately clean.

I have now recommended him to my daughter and son-in-law and he is doing a full re-roof and facial work to their property.

So we're more than happy to recommend this company to anybody.”

“After buying our first house we had a survey of the roof done the surveyor told us we needed a whole new roof so we got hold of John from JB roofing and Property Maintenance who was recommended by a friend to come out and give us a quote on a thorough inspection of the roof John informed us that there was plenty of life left in the tiles so or we needed was the battening and the waterproof membrane replacing John provided scaffolding from a firm called f l a scaffolding who came out and put scaffolding up on the front and back of our house who we paid directly the team followed the following day removed the roof replaced everything that needed replacing and after a conversation with John we decided to have our facetious soffits and guttering done just the bring the house up to date the team were polite hard-working and very helpful throughout the project all mess was removed and we were kept up-to-date by John via WhatsApp with videos and photos of the progress the job came in exactly on the price estimated and on time I would highly recommend jB roofing”
